Breakfast, lunch or as a snack!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of rice paper
- 1 green onion, chopped
- handful of chopped ham
- 1 egg
- a pinch of gochugaru
- a pinch of sesame seeds
- handful of grated cheese
- wasabi mayo (just mix a teaspoon of wasabik with 3 tablespoons of mayonaise!)
Preparation
Heat a skillet or a grill pan. Lay the rice paper down in the pan and spread the green onion over the rice paper. Break an egg in a small bowl, take two chopsticks and pour the egg over the middle of the rice paper. Use the chopsticks to scramble the egg very quickly and to spread it over the rice paper, without it running over the edge of the paper and into the pan.
Add the cheese, a bit more of the scallions, the ham, the sesame seeds and gochugaru and let the egg get hard! Now add the mayonnaise or sauce of your choosing. You can decide to close the pizza or leave it open like that!
Voilà, easier than ever right?
Notes: You can use every topping of your own choosing. Get creative with left overs if you want! I do that all the time!
