Delicious and refreshing!
Ingredients
2 to 3 big bowls
- 300 gr glass noodles
- 1 can of corn
- 1 small can of peas
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 chili
- 2 green onions
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Laoganma preserved black beans in chili oil
- 2 lemons, juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru flakes
- 1 cucumber
- half a red paprika
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup fish sauce
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain them, wash them in cold water and drain them very well again. Grate the carrots and finely slice the cucumber and the chili. Chop the green onion and cut the bell pepper into pieces. Drain the corn and peas.
Chop the garlic into pieces. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and adjust them to your own taste. First put the noodles in a big bowl, then add a bit of the sauce on the top and add the toppings. Finish it off with the black beans and repeat this process until all of your bowls are ready to serve! Enjoy!
