Air fryer corn cob!

Perfect side dish!


  • 4 corn cobs (cooked)
  • 50 gr creme fraiche
  • 3 tablespoons chili mix rub
  • sunflower oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili pepper flakes


Preheat your air fryer to 180/200 degrees. Rub oil on the corn cobs and then sprinkle the chili mix over them and rub it in. Let the corn sit until the air fryer is ready to fry. Put the corn cobs in the fryer, pour a bit of oil over them and let them fry for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn them and check to see if they’re too dry. You can add a little more oil if they’re too dry, as you don’t want them to burn. Fry the corn for another 10 minutes.

Serve with a bit of cream on top and some chili pepper flakes!

Voilà, dangerously delicious!

Notes: You can also make this in the oven, but the effect will not be the same. Let the corn bake a little bit longer if you use an oven.
